The pillow you receive is the same type of product as the one in the pictures: a butterfly-shaped memory foam contour pillow with a removable cover. Its colour, shade, stitching, cover pattern, packaging and any brand marking can differ slightly from the photos.
The overall product stays the same. A difference in colour or small design details is not a reason for return, replacement or refund.
We check and pack every pillow carefully so that it reaches you undamaged and ready to use. Memory foam is compressed for shipping, so after opening please leave the pillow to air out for 24 to 48 hours so it can expand fully and any packing smell can fade. This is normal and is not a defect.
If the pillow arrives damaged, defective, or is a different product from what you ordered, our Return & Refund Policy applies. You must tell us within 7 days of delivery by emailing aristocarts1@gmail.com with your Order ID.
For any damage, defect or wrong-item claim, please record one continuous video, without cuts, starting before you open the sealed parcel (showing the shipping label) and ending when you take the pillow out. Please also send clear photos. Without this video we may not be able to process the claim.
